4. Can I return the wallpaper products I ordered ?

Wallpaper cannot be returned unless there is manufacturing damage, a printing error or damage due to transport. Wallpaper is always produced on-demand.
If you want to know how the colors look and/or what kind of material we use, you can order a sample via our website.
Does the wallpaper have a printing error, please contact us via hello@wallmist.com and don’t forget to add photos, then we can investigate the problem. We always ask for photos in order to understand the problem properly. When you notice any transport damage; always take photos before opening the parcel, so we have evidence for our transport company. Without any photos we cannot take the complaint into consideration.
